Until now, if you've ever wanted to email your leads or past customers, you've had to sync your Pipedrive contacts to a third-party tool like Mailchimp or ConvertKit.
Well, I have some great news…! Pipedrive is in the process of rolling out out a new feature called Campaigns. This optional add-on allows you to compose and send email newsletters right inside your Pipedrive account. This means you don't have to go through the hassle of syncing your contacts to a third-party provider.
This is particularly useful if you have a long sales cycle and want to nurture your leads with content until they are ready to buy.
For now, the Campaigns feature is in beta but will soon be a paid addon. If you'd like to give it a go, you can request access here.
