But sometimes we hit a limit in terms of what Asana’s custom rules can do. This is why we also use Zapier for more powerful and complex automations. In this week’s video, I explain the situations where Asana custom rules are better and when you may need to use a third-party like Zapier. I’m not saying one or the other is better; you should actually be using both.
