Not sure if your Asana is set up in the best way?
When you get started with Asana, figuring out how to structure your Teams and Projects can be overwhelming.
You probably have a basic understanding of Asana but you’ve gone as far as you can on your own and now you’re ready to learn more; you want to make Asana the main hub for your work and have everything in one place but don’t have time to figure it out on your own.
My name is Paul and I’ve helped hundreds of clients to streamline their business processes using Asana.
Streamline your systems with Asana!
Think of me as your virtual Asana support guide. Working with me, you’ll learn:
- HOW TO STREAMLINE YOUR BUSINESS: By using Asana to manage key processes, we can drastically improve your teams efficiency and output.
- CENTRALIZE YOUR WORK IN ONE PLACE: Learn how make Asana the hub for all your work, projects, notes and team communication.
- IMPROVE TEAM ADOPTION: You don’t want your teams use of Asana to slowly fizzle out. Follow my onboarding process to increase adoption and establish best practices. This is particular important for growing companies.
Why you need a 'Chief Asana Officer'
To be successful with Asana, you need an expert on your team (and I don’t mean me)!
We recommend every team has a ‘Chief Asana Officer’ (CAO). Someone on your team who is an expert with Asana, someone who is responsible for its success, who can help train new team members and reinforce best practices.
My goal is to make your CAO an Asana Master, just like the experts on my team!
Working with your CAO, our experts will guide you on the best way to set up your account and organise your work. We’ll save you time by telling you exactly how to set up common types of projects.

"I'm busy, how long will this take?"
My lessons get to the point without all the “fluff” so you can get answers fast. Past students often comment on how practical the material is and how clearly lessons are explained.
It’s best if you can watch the course from start to finish (there’s around 8-9 hours of content all up). But if you want to pick and choose which lessons to watch, that’s fine. You’ll also be able to get your questions answered by me each week when you join my group coaching calls.
The timing is never right to make a radical change to your business. Previous clients have often commented on how adopting a new tool can be scary and time consuming. But at the end of the day they’ve always come back wishing they’d done this 6 months or a year ago.
"Couldn't I just figure this out on my own?"
Most of the people I work with understand the value of their time and prefer to work with an expert who can help them fast-track their learning and avoid costly mistakes. A lot of people come to me having tried figuring things out on their own only to find they’re not using Asana in the best way. I’m also able to point out ways of using Asana and automating your processes that you may never discover on your own.
Following my approach means you’ll get to where you want to be in a lot less time compared to if you go it alone. Ultimately our objective is to use Asana to save time. Then you can work more “on” the business and less “in” the business.
Check out what past clients have to say...
Nico Rosberg - Formula 1 Drivers Champion 2016 & Eco-EntrepreneurPaul really helped our office to use Asana in a more structured & efficient way. We are now making the most of the tool and I can already see the benefits.
“Should I join?”
Not everyone is right for this program and I don’t want to waste your time. Here’s what I think:
😇 You'll love this program if:
- You want to maximise the performance of your Asana account.
- You realise that paying for a project management tool each month isn’t enough. Quality-in determines quality-out and you want to use
- Asana in the best way to improve your teams effectiveness.
- You want to learn “over the shoulder” from someone who’s helped hundreds of clients to maximise their use of Asana.
- You want to learn from other Asana users who have experienced what you’re going through.
- You want to connect with me in person to get help optimising your sales process and training your team.
- You like specifics and don’t have much patience for “fluff”.
😔 This program isn't for you if:
- You’re hoping that the program will suddenly fix all your problems.
- You don’t use Asana or aren’t planning on it any time soon.
- You don’t want to streamline your business and are happy doing things the way you’ve always done them.
- If you’d prefer to work with an expert on an adhour hourly basis. While I do offer 1:1 consulting, my video training prepares you for sessions so we can use the time effectively.
- You’re happy with your processes, how your team collaborates and don’t want to change how you work in the slightest.
- You “don’t have time”. The program requires at least a few hours a week over the short-term.
Try Master Asana FREE for 30 Days!
The Master Asana program comes with a “try it free for 30 days” unconditional guarantee. I’m not asking you to say yes today. I’m asking that you take the next step. Once you try our program, you can see if it’s right for you and if it’s not, I’ll send your money back within 30 days. This way, I’m taking on all the risk so you don’t have to.
In fact, I also offer a conditional guarantee if you watch at least 3 hours of the course, attend a minimum of 2 group calls and have a private session with our team and you’re still not satisfied, I’ll refund your money AND send you $300 so you can pay for a few hours of support from another expert.
Meet the team
As demand for Asana expertise has grown, I’ve expanded the team so we have enough capacity to work with everyone that needs our help. Here are the Asana Experts on the Minor Workshop team:
Hi, I’m Hollie. I’m based in New Zealand and have worked with clients across Australia, Asia, and the US to help onboard teams, streamline processes and make teams feel confident using Asana. I’m passionate about cross-functional leadership, problem solving and empowering teams. I have a background in major sporting events and project management. I’ve been using Asana for years because it’s a tool that’s flexible enough to connect with everything you need day-to-day, and also simple enough you can ‘jot down’ those quick jobs that are easily forgotten. I love to work with team members that are hesitant about learning a new tool like Asana and after showing them how Asana can actually improve their life, they say ‘wow I’m actually excited to use Asana now’. Who would’ve guessed efficiency could be exciting?!
Asana Expert
Hi, I’m Lindsay and I’m based in Rhode Island, US. I was introduced to Asana in 2017 when I was tasked with finding a way to align projects and due dates for a completely remote company. Once I dove in, I wanted to learn more about how to use Asana to streamline processes, deadlines, work, and team communication. I love the challenges that come with helping other companies create templates, workflows, and clarity on how to get Asana to best work for them. I’m also a freelance graphic designer and a tool like Asana is essential for helping me to organise my work and meet client deadlines. I couldn’t live without it! I’m now enjoying learning more about Zapier and how it can be used to connect Asana with out tools in a tech stack to automate processes and make teams more efficient!

NEED CUSTOM CONSULTING?
Frequently asked questions
Which option should I get?
If you’re on a budget, you can get just the course (one-time payment: $750). For ongoing support, sign up to the Monthly play to join weekly group calls and the community ($397/mo). But a month can go by very fast and you may have to extend this… For long-term support and 1:1 training, join the “Unlimited” plan (one-time payment: $3,497).
How much experience do I need?
It doesn’t matter whether you’re an absollute beginner, or if you’ve been using Asana for a while, you’ll learn a lot about how to structure your account and get more out of Asana. I’ll guide you through my consulting process step-by-step
How does membership work?
As long as you have either the Monthly or Unlimted membership, you’ll be able to access the course and join group coaching calls each week (you can cancel your monthly membership any time but you’ll lose access to the course and coaching).
Alternatively, you can get the ‘Course Only’ option and get lifetime access to the course and future updates.
How do the 1:1 sessions work?
The one-on-one sessions are great if you’d like to take a deeper dive into your account, get help with automation or team training. These sessions are hosted on Zoom and can be recoreded. The hours purchased with the monthly option or that are included with the unlimited option should be used within a 12-month period (after which they expire).
Will this course be too basic for me?
Not at all. In my experience, even users who have used Asana for a while are surprised when I show them a few little tricks. And in module 5, we’ll get into some pretty cool integrations and automations that will really take you to the next level.
How does the group coaching work?
Every week, I (Paul) host a group call on Zoom and answers any questions that students have. You don’t have to attend live – every session is recorded and shared in Slack afterwards.
Please note: Right now, offering group support is the main way I help clients, but this is not a lifetime subscription. As my business model may change, I cannot 100% guarantee that group calls will be available 5 years from now.
Who are we?
We’re a team of passionate Asana Solutions Partners dedicated to unlocking your business potential through Asana’s powerful work management platform.
Many clients reach out after feeling stuck with Asana. They’re unsure if their current setup is optimal and yearn to streamline their processes for better results.
That’s where we come in!
As a top Asana Solutions Partner with experience using the platform since 2012, we possess a deep understanding of its capabilities. We’ve helped countless clients optimize their Asana use, leading to increased productivity and smoother workflows.
Your return on investment
While some people like to “go it alone” first, I usually find new users don’t know what they don’t know and fall into bad habits very quickly. By working with me, I can help point out costly mistakes to avoid that you’ll likely miss on your own. Ultimately you’ll save time by working with me as I can fast track your learning.
Asana helps teams to save time and operate more efficiently in a few ways:
- LESS “WORK ABOUT WORK”. By creating more transparency, teams spend less time sharing status updates, meeting to discuss next steps and finding information. This results in less “work about work” and more actual work being completed. A McKinzie study found that businesses using Asana to its full capability are, on average, 45% more efficient.
- STREAMLINED COMMUNICATION. By bringing communication into an environment designed around tasks, you’re always reminded WHO’s doing WHAT, by WHEN and projects progress more efficiently. Asana has benefits from the “network effect” (similar to eBay or Facebook) and the more we can get people using and communicating in Asana, the more valuable the tool becomes.
- INCREASED ACCOUNTABILITY. When everyone’s workload is in Asana, leaders can make smarter decisions around resource allocation and spend less time chasing their team for updates. Team members also feel empowered as there’s less confusion about how they’re contributing to the big picture.
Although it is hard to say exactly how much financial benefit improving your use of Asana will provide, estimates can be made. For the average 10 person team, I predict that through the effective use of Asana you will save each team member at least 1 hours per day (conservative estimate). Based on average salaries, this translates into around $65,000 a year of improved efficiency.

Beth Norris - Bananas for LlamasI completed Paul’s Asana training, and was amazed at how much I did not know! I had already done the official Asana training and thought I was quite the expert. Now I have done Pauls course I am! So many tips and best practices. And Paul was available in the coaching sessions to answer any specific problems I had, which was great
Justin Caine - Caine & CompanyPaul has been invaluable in helping fast track our adoption of Asana. I am all about saving time, and money and his course did exactly that. It is well organized and easy to follow. In addition his availability for twice a week Q&A sessions is more than we needed to get up and running. I would recommend his program highly, and without reservation. Thanks Paul!
Linda Nelson - To Plan AheadPaul’s Master Asana online course is a well-thought-out and methodical tutorial. It was easy to follow, and it was a compelling process. I often experience online courses to be boring, and therefore a struggle to complete. Having completed Paul’s Asana course, I now feel very confident in creating projects for myself and my clients.
Eric Goldstein - BrandstarAsana, while great, is so flexible that it can be confusing and complex to effectively use in a team. I greatly valued Paul’s years of experience and the best practices he’s learned working with different companies. The course is easy to follow and extremely useful. Of greatest value has been Paul’s group calls where we can come on in small groups and ask specific questions about how we’re running things. It’s also useful to see how other users are using Asana. Overall, investing in Paul was a good choice on our part and we’d recommend him highly.
Barry Goldberg - I. Barry GoldbergHollie and Paul were awesome. I am a long-time tech adopter but needed to get a new system up and operational quickly. Hollie was patient, knowledgeable, and clear as I tried to do weeks of work in days. What would have taken me weeks to sort out on my own was operational in days. A bargain compared to the time it would have taken me to get it set up on my own. And Hollie came prepared at each meeting with additional ideas for getting value from Asana that I had not thought about.
Alex Ford - Sociallike Media LtdWe’ve been using Asana religiously for about 3 years. I always knew we weren’t using it to its full potential and our systems could have been better streamlined and documented. Taking Paul’s Master Asana course not only taught me things about Asana I didn’t know, it also helped me create an organized Asana with repeatable systems and processes that anyone coming into the business could easily pick up. The course is well presented and easy to follow along with. Anyone using Asana should take this course!
Tracy Bowling - Charbonneau InteriorsAfter signing up for Paul’s Master Asana Course and Group Coaching calls, I went from not knowing what Asana was to being the resident Asana expert at my company in a short amount of time. We were able to incorporate automations and customized projects that moved our unorganized project structure to one that is not only efficient but suits our needs and business correctly. We have been able to reduce our weekly meeting times drastically because of better organization and accuracy in Asana. Highly recommended.
Zack Gallinger - Talent Hero MediaMy business has been growing quickly and my old processes for managing projects were no longer working. I pride myself on being responsive and meeting deadlines but for the first time, things were starting to fall through the cracks. While Paul’s course isn’t cheap, it seemed exactly what I was looking for and I decided to take the plunge. After watching only a few of the videos, I knew I had made the right decision. Within a couple of weeks, I had completely overhauled my processes and things were once again running smoothly. I’d highly recommend this course to anyone looking to take full advantage of Asana.
Joy Quinn - Web DesignerPaul’s Master Asana class enabled me to take my current, overwhelming Asana setup and transform it into a usable, organized system I can depend on. I almost gave up on Asana because I didn’t understand how to create a manageable amount of projects showing in the menu vs. tasks. By taking Paul’s class, I was able to map out my overall project strategy to get clarity on what is a ‘project’ vs. what is a ’task’. The group calls are very helpful too. I highly suggest taking this class!
Sarah Summerall - Summerall LawPaul was essential to getting us all on Asana and helping me overcome my anxiety about switching to a new system. He took the time to integrate Asana with Zapier to automate important parts of our email communication, that will save me sending more than a thousand emails a year. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. Money well spent.
Mendel Rosenberg - SoundsupplyI wish I had heard about Paul earlier. Our platform Gearsupply strives to enable the most advanced way to buy and sell used production gear. Allowing us to take advantage of Asana’s rich automation features means an even more seamless experience for the buyers and sellers on our platform. Paul gave our CTO the ‘boot camp‘ rundown of this platform and helped us get some pretty tricky automation up and running!

Case study
David Burk is the CEO of The Electron Shop, a marketing agency based in San Francisco. David and I spent some time tidying up his account and training his team on how to use Asana. He was able to transition his team away from email over to Asana and improve company productivity by 20%. Here’s what David had to say about how Asana has revolutionised how he runs his business:
David Burk - The Electron ShopHire Paul and learn that you can be more productive and reduce your stress levels. We’re glad we did. Together, we launched a project management system with immediate adoption and compliance, and we are feeling better already.
